The Role

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
