Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive strategic planning process for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) and assess their potential impact on our architecture.
- Establish a framework for future-proofing our legacy systems while enabling rapid innovation.
- Drive architectural reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are met across all projects.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, and enterprise technology leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and integration patterns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
