Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business growth objectives.
- Lead high-level research and development (R&D) initiatives in Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Predictive Modeling.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify emerging trends and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our product ecosystem.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI product development, from conceptualization to deployment and scaling.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, product strategy, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders.
