Responsibilities

- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) into core product lines.
- Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and legal—to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify disruptive trends and competitive advantages in the AI landscape.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Lead the recruitment and mentorship of high-potential talent within the AI research and strategy division.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI research, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and AI ethics principles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale strategic initiatives and navigating ambiguous environments.
