Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 product cycle.
- Oversee the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models.
- Define best practices for data governance, ethics, and AI safety.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and NLP.
