Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust AI architectures capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex decision-making processes.
- Lead Research & Innovation: Spearhead R&D efforts in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate technical capabilities into market-leading products.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully launching AI products and defining product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Legal: Ability to work legally in the United States.
