Responsibilities
- Lead fundamental research in Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Transformer architectures.
- Design and implement novel algorithms capable of handling complex, unstructured data streams in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and product designers to deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define the technical roadmap for the company's AI evolution leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in deep learning research, with a strong publication record in top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of optimizing model performance for speed and efficiency on large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Multi-Agent Systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced research environments.
