Responsibilities
- Lead research and development in cutting-edge areas such as Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Computer Vision.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using Python and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready AI solutions.
- Establish and adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines for AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety.
- Mentor junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or having a patent portfolio in AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
