Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art deep learning models for next-gen AI applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize inference on edge devices.
- Lead technical workshops and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
- Translate complex research papers into production-ready code.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or applied engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
