Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI models and quantum machine learning algorithms
- Design scalable neural architectures for next-generation autonomous systems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum hybrid workflows
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional innovation teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures and quantum computing frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Mastery of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience leading AI projects with budgets exceeding $2M
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
