In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical deep learning and practical, scalable production systems. You will work alongside quantum computing researchers and data scientists to architect the infrastructure required for next-gen autonomous agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Lead research initiatives into Quantum Machine Learning (QML) integration and optimization.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate advanced research into deployable features.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in AI engineering and MLOps.
- Establish data governance frameworks for training large-scale datasets.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with high availability.
- Strong background in statistics, probability, and numerical optimization.
