Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing systems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) for reduced latency and increased accuracy.
- Research & Prototyping: Explore cutting-edge research areas including reinforcement learning, multimodal AI, and ethical AI alignment.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy models to cloud and edge environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in data science and software engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex projects.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Natural Language Understanding, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and version control (Git).
