Responsibilities
- Architect & Optimize: Design and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models, focusing on efficiency, latency, and hallucination reduction.
- Research & Development: Push the envelope of current NLP capabilities by exploring novel architectures and fine-tuning strategies.
- Model Deployment: Build scalable MLOps pipelines to transition models from research to production with zero-downtime rollouts.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to curate high-quality, diverse training datasets.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of Transformer architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing large-scale systems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
