- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data pipeline, ensuring the integrity and quality of training datasets.

- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Language Model Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Transformer architectures.
