Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, including Transformers and diffusion models.
- Infrastructure: Build and optimize MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducibility, scalability, and reliability of AI deployments.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of academic research, implementing novel techniques such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and self-supervised learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethics & Compliance: Ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and adhere to emerging regulatory standards for AI safety.
- Code Quality: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong knowledge of distributed computing and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Data Handling: Extensive experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and data preprocessing pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize model inference latency.
