Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning algorithms and deep neural networks for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability, monitoring, and continuous integration.
- Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights and improve model performance.
- Stay current with the latest research in AI/ML and apply best practices to our architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
