Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing and inference.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows, enabling autonomous decision-making capabilities.
- Optimize large-scale LLMs for speed and efficiency, reducing inference latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the AI division.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends in AI safety, ethics, and multimodal learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models, including experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
