Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of supporting 2026-scale data volumes and inference demands.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Generative AI models and fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning engineering across the organization.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization of deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI paradigms to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
