Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for AI integration across product lines, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Optimization: Drive research into Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and leading technical workshops.
- Deployment & MLOps: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from experimentation to deployment in production environments using cutting-edge MLOps tools.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is mandatory.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
