Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap, aligning with company goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable machine learning systems, ensuring high performance and security.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in AI/ML strategy, software development, or data science.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and define technical visions that drive business growth.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
