Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines for production environments.
- Lead the research and development of generative AI technologies to support our 2026 roadmap initiatives.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and high-performance computing clusters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation using CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to recommend and implement cutting-edge AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Computer Vision algorithms.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
