Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the architecture and optimization of deep learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure model accuracy, interpretability, and ethical compliance in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related domain.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Expert knowledge of ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
