Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines and data workflows that scale to millions of requests.
- Lead research and implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI models and natural language processing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and optimization using MLOps best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering complex machine learning products to market.
