Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, forecasting trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Data.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects focused on Agentic AI and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers, ensuring best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technological shifts and integrate them into current roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
