Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling 2026-scale data loads.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI, AR/VR interfaces, and quantum computing concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical milestones aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI model training, validation, and deployment.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and select third-party AI tools and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Network architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with system design patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the FinTech, HealthTech, or Enterprise SaaS sectors is highly preferred.
