As a key architect of Project 2026, you will design and deploy scalable machine learning models that power our autonomous decision-making engines. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to push the boundaries of what is possible in AI.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize complex deep learning models for real-time processing and low-latency deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, robotics, and UX) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Drive research and development in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning specific to the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model evaluation.
- Debug and resolve production-scale data pipeline bottlenecks.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model monitoring to ensure performance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
