What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying robust machine learning systems at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our core products.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models, specifically focusing on Transformer architectures and Generative AI.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and fine-tuning models.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Document technical architecture and provide guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the technical vision of the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) building and deploying production-grade AI/ML models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning principles, including NLP, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
