Responsibilities
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI and LLM architectures on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Lead the development of Agentic AI frameworks to automate complex, multi-step business processes.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for high-performance, low-latency production environments.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the AI roadmap for the next 3+ years.
- Ensure data security, ethical AI practices, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Strong experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from research to production deployment.
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT-4) for specific domain applications.
