Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training and deploying advanced AI models.
- Lead research initiatives in multimodal learning and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, GNNs).
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in NLP and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
