Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Develop and deploy high-performance inference engines to handle millions of requests daily.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance knowledge accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimize model latency and cost efficiency using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and model governance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade AI models.
