Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting enterprise-grade generative models for 2026.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for reduced latency and higher inference accuracy.
- Lead the research and development of multimodal AI systems integrating text, vision, and audio.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying models to production environments (MLOps experience preferred).
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Proven track record of publishing research or shipping high-impact AI products.
