Your Mission
You will lead the technical design and implementation of our next-generation AI systems. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to build robust, scalable, and efficient machine learning models that solve complex real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure using modern cloud technologies.
- Pipeline Optimization: Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring high availability, speed, and accuracy of data processing.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and mentor the team on best practices in AI, MLOps, and software engineering.
- Model Iteration: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance to ensure they meet business KPIs and user needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Research emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) to integrate them into our product roadmap for 2026.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to strict security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- MLOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and innovate under pressure.
