Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess data and optimize feature pipelines for production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model performance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in software engineering and AI development.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in artificial intelligence to integrate novel techniques into our product roadmap.
- Translate complex technical requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable code.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
