Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess data, fine-tune models, and optimize inference pipelines.
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML architecture.
- Integrate AI models into production environments using cloud technologies and containerization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model architectures.
