Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines to improve inference speed and reduce latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define AI product requirements.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI technologies such as Transformers and Reinforcement Learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision is highly preferred.
