Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for real-time consumer applications.
- Lead architectural decisions for our machine learning infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and researchers to deliver high-impact features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate novel techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience deploying models to production cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, high-concurrency architecture, and data structures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
