Responsibilities

- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core product suite.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative technical strategies for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing and optimizing NLP and computer vision models.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
