Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning models, ensuring low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and engineers on best practices in AI and cloud architecture.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
