Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our long-term technological milestones.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed AI systems that handle high-scale data throughput.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor engineers in adopting next-gen programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Rust, WASM, Advanced Neural Networks).
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate abstract concepts into tangible, deployable features.
- Risk Management: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and scalability bottlenecks in AI models before deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with proven experience in designing scalable microservices.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse engineering teams and drive technical decisions.
