Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- System Architecture: Design and implement distributed machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of data with zero latency.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical training sessions.
- R&D Integration: Prototype and validate cutting-edge algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Scalability Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency for AI workloads.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-stakes technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
