Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for LLM training and real-time inference.
- Optimize model performance to reduce latency and computational costs.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into enterprise software.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to ensure our technology stack is future-proof for 2026.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers on deep learning best practices.
- Implement robust security and ethical AI protocols within data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
