Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for next-generation AI systems and LLMs.
- Lead the fine-tuning and deployment of proprietary models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Research novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines for model updates.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar model orchestration frameworks.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
