Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale, distributed systems, focusing on performance and reliability.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimization: Drive the optimization of inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for future product releases.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Integration: Integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into existing software ecosystems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s with significant industry experience considered).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture or senior leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
