Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Strategic Leadership: Define technical strategies for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and ethical standards.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI trends, evaluating their potential to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance and infrastructure costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Modeling: Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with innovative, data-driven solutions.
