Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key trends and technologies that will drive our growth over the next two years.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement a resilient, high-performance machine learning infrastructure capable of handling millions of requests.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model accuracy and latency to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Establish MLOps Pipelines: Build automated CI/CD workflows for machine learning models to ensure rapid iteration and deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think several years ahead and define long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest advancements in Generative AI and ethical AI practices.
