Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure designed to handle the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of cutting-edge deep learning algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and continuous optimization in production environments.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define technical roadmaps for future tech integrations, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance computing architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale problems and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
