Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning frameworks for large language models.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to achieve sub-millisecond latency in high-traffic environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into our core stack.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven ability to translate complex research concepts into production-ready software.
