Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead architectural decisions to ensure system reliability, security, and future-proof scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
