Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap focused on AI integration, ensuring alignment with the company's vision for 2026.
- System Design: Lead the architecture design for complex, scalable AI systems, including machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures.
- Innovation Leadership: Conduct research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing applications) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to identify market trends and translate them into technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
