Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to the 2026 rollout.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices are maintained.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
